Integrations Overview

Automate your data entry by integrating Fleetio with your fuel cards, telematics systems, and other third-party applications. Save time and effort, and never forget to enter a fuel transaction, odometer reading, or other important data again.
PERMISSIONS: Only Account Owners and Administrators with the Manage Integrations permission can view and manage Integrations. See User Management Overview for more information.
Integrations Directory
The Integrations Directory is where you can manage your Telematics and Fuel Integrations, view and compare the integrations supported by Fleetio, and connect new integrations to further optimize your fleet management.
To access the Integrations Directory, click Integrations in the Sidebar Navigation.

The Integrations Directory has its own sidebar for navigating within the directory:
- My Integrations (a) is where you can manage your connected integrations
- Use the Integration Directory links (b) to switch between the Featured, Telematics, Fuel Cards, and Fuel Management directories.
- Use the Resources & More links (c) to Suggest an Integration, Build Your Own integration using the Fleetio Developer Portal, or access Integrations Support resources.

My Integrations
The My Integrations page is where you can manage integrations that you've already connected to Fleetio. All integration types are listed here.
Here, you can:
- Sort the list alphabetically from A to Z or from Z to A
- Click the + Add Integration button to add a new integration
- Use the More Actions Button for an integration in the list to Edit it, Delete it, or access additional actions such as managing fuel card assignments.

Featured
The Featured page serves as the landing page for the Integrations Directory and shows both featured and newly available integrations.
Here, you'll see:
- Directory links to browse the Telematics, Fuel Card, and Fuel Management directories. These links also appear in the sidebar.
- Featured Telematics integrations are integrations that Fleetio is currently promoting
- New Integrations shows you integrations that are newly available
- Click Details to view additional information about an integration
- Click Connect to start the process of connecting a new integration
- Click Manage Integration on an integration that you've already connected to manage it in My Integrations
Fuel Cards and Fuel Management
Automatically sync your fuel transaction data with Fleetio using Fuel Card or Fuel Management integrations.
Click Fuel Cards in the sidebar for driver fuel card integrations. Click Fuel Management for on-site fuel management systems.
- Both the Fuel Cards and Fuel Management directories have the features and actions shown below.
Here, you can:
- Click Details to view additional information about an integration
- Click Connect to start the process of connecting a new integration
- Click Manage Integration on an integration that you've already connected to manage it in My Integrations

Key Management
Key management integrations give you the ability to connect your existing key management provider to Fleetio to easily manage and track your fleet's keys.
Click Key Management in the Integration Directory sidebar to view the Key Management Directory.
Telematics
Fleetio integrates with several GPS and Telematics providers to sync odometer readings, import and manage Faults / Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) alerts, and see a vehicle's current location.
Click Telematics in the Integration Directory sidebar to view the Telematics Directory.
Here, you can:
- Click Features to filter the integrations shown by a specific feature, such as Vehicle Location or Faults/DTC
- Change your View to switch between tiles and a list view showing a feature comparison (see below)
- Click Details to view additional information about an integration
- Click Connect to start the process of connecting a new integration
- Click Manage Integration on an integration that you've already connected to manage it in My Integrations

Tire Management
Tire management integrations allow you to connect your existing tire management provider to Fleetio to easily manage and track your fleet's tires.
Click Tire Management in the Integrations Directory sidebar to view the Tire Management directory.
Tolls & Citations
Connect your existing tolls and citations provider to Fleetio to easily manage and track your fleet's tolls and citations.
Click Tolls & Citations in the Integration Directory sidebar to view the Tolls & Citations directory.

Fleetio also offers these integrations:
Maintenance Shop Network
Manage external vendors, repairs, and approvals without the managed service price tag. Approve repair orders electronically, analyze maintenance costs and trends, and issue payment for all your fleet maintenance vendors.

API Integrations
Fleetio's API enables you to build your own integrations in order to leverage Fleetio's data in third-party systems and applications.
For example, you may want to update meter readings from another system, report Faults / Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) from your telematics system, import fuel transactions, or push maintenance costs into your accounting system.

Integration Links
Integration Links are only available on Professional, Premium, and Advanced (Legacy) plans. These are links to external websites that appear on the Vehicle Profile or Contact Profile pages for easy navigation to third-party systems and sites.

Webhooks
Fleetio offers Webhooks as a way for you to push "Events" to third-party software such as spreadsheets, email, text messaging apps, accounting systems, and much more.
