Fleetio is the fleet management software your organization uses to help maintain vehicles and tools, ensuring they are always ready for use. By using the Fleetio Go mobile app, you are helping to keep your vehicles and equipment operating safely while minimizing downtime.

You'll use the Fleetio Go mobile app to access vehicle information, conduct inspections, report issues, and find nearby shops, among many other things.

Your Administrator will set you up with a login and send you a welcome email that contains a link to download Fleetio Go. You can download the app directly from the App Store or the Google Play Store. Enter the username and password provided to you, or you can simply use your Gmail account to log in if they have set you up with your Gmail address.

You're now ready to start using Fleetio Go!

The first thing you will notice is the black menu at the bottom of the screen. This menu is permanently fixed on every page within the app and serves as your jumping-off point to navigate. Use the Browse tab to find specific records such as Vehicles, Fuel Entries, Service Entries, Inspections, and more. These options are customized based on your permissions.

Notifications help keep you informed in real time about the vehicles and tools relevant to you. When specific information about an asset changes, such as assignments, issue status, and more, Fleetio Go makes it easy to skim that information as it happens. Tap on any item to drill down and see the details, comment history, or add your own.

Using the Search tab, you can look up anything in the app. Search for a Vehicle Name, a Person or a specific record and Fleetio will retrieve that information for you automatically.

The Home Screen provides quick and easy access to recent vehicles and more, including some helpful shortcuts. You can scan a barcode or VIN plate to pull up a vehicle or tool and look for the associated information such as Service Reminders, Fuel Transactions and more. You can also quickly start an Inspection for a Vehicle. Access your Settings by tapping your photo in the upper right corner. Change your password or other user settings here.

You should also take a moment to configure your notifications. Fleetio notifies you via Push notification when important activity happens with the vehicles and tools you manage. You can fine tune exactly which notifications you receive here.

If you routinely work in areas with low cell signal, enabling offline inspections is helpful to ensure your inspections are always submitted on time. You can complete the Inspection without a signal, and Fleetio will ensure it's submitted once your signal is strong enough.

Fleetio Go also allows you to communicate with other employees, operators and technicians using contacts. You can search for contacts by entering their name, email or username and quickly email, call, or text that contact right from Fleetio Go.
