Warranty Management in Fleetio Go
IMPORTANT: Warranty Management is only available with the Premium Fleetio Plan.
NOTE: You can only view warranty policies on Fleetio Go. If you need to create or edit a warranty policy, contact your Account Owner or Administrator.
Warranty Policies on Work Orders
If you are creating a new Work Order or editing an existing one in Fleetio Go, you will be able to see the warranties under the Line Items section.
Tap Warranty Coverage to view more detailed information.
Additionally, if you would like to add a warranty credit to a Work Order, you can do this by entering the discount in the Warranty Credits field under Line Items. The discount will then be deducted from the subtotal.
