If you have a telematics device you no longer want to use in Fleetio, you can archive it to remove it from your active device list. This will not permanently delete the device from Fleetio; you may restore it at a future date if necessary.
PERMISSION: Account Owners, Administrators, and Regular Users granted permission with Roles can manage telematics integrations. Learn more in User Roles & Permissions.
Archive Telematics Devices
- Click Integrations in the Sidebar Navigation
- Select My Integrations in the Integrations Directory sidebar.
- Click the More Actions Button for the Integration and select Manage Devices.
- In the Telematics Devices index, click the More Actions Button for the device you’d like to remove and select Archive.
Restore Archived Telematics Devices
Navigate to your Telematics Devices index, as shown above.
- Click the Archived tab to show your Archived devices.
- Click the More Actions Button for the device and select Restore.
