Use Fleetio Go to conveniently view, edit, and add new Service Reminders wherever you are.
You can access Service Reminders in Fleetio Go from the Browse tab or a Vehicle Details screen:
To view all Service Reminders, tap the Browse tab in the bottom menu, then tap Service Reminders.

In the Service Reminders Index, you can tap the Filters (a) to filter the list by Due Soon, Overdue, or Snoozed Reminders.
Tap Select (b) to Manage Service Reminders in Bulk.

To view Service Reminders for a specific Vehicle:
Tap the Browse tab, then tap Vehicles.
Tap a Vehicle to go to the Vehicle Details Screen. Scroll down and tap Service Reminders.

You'll have the same options as the Service Reminders Index. Tap the Filters (a) to filter the list by Due Soon, Overdue, or Snoozed Reminders.
Tap Select (b) to Manage Service Reminders in Bulk.

View or Edit a Service Reminder
To View or Edit an existing Service Reminder, tap on one in the Service Reminder Index.
On the Service Reminder detail screen, tap one of the following options:
- Edit
- View Vehicle information
- View Work Order/Resolve Button
- Watch/Unwatch or Snooze Reminder
- View Service History
- View Comments
- View Watchers
NOTE: For Service Reminders that are in an Overdue status or are not already assigned to a Work Order, tap the Resolve button to Enter Service or Add to Work Order.

Tap Edit to make changes to the Service Task, Interval, or Due Soon Settings. You can also turn email notifications for the Reminder on or off or add a comment.

When changes are complete, tap Save.
Add a New Service Reminder
To Add a new Service Reminder, navigate to the details screen for the Vehicle, tap the green +, then tap Service Reminder.

IMPORTANT: If you need to manually change the date or meter for your first reminder, you will need to contact your Account Owner or Administrator to edit the Service Reminder in the Fleetio web app.
- Select a Service Task (a) from the list.
- Set the Interval (b) at which the task should recur, tracked by Meter or Date.
- Optionally, enter Due Soon Settings (c) so that your Users will receive on-screen or email alerts when the service is coming up.
- Set the Next Due Date or Meter (d).
- Add optional Comments (e).
- When complete, tap Save (f).

Manage Service Reminders in Bulk
You can manage your Service Reminders in bulk from the Service Reminders Index.
Tap Select in the top right, use the checkboxes to select the Service Reminders you want to manage, and then tap the Actions button.

In the Resolve with menu, choose to add the Service Reminders to a New Work Order, Existing Work Order, New Service Entry, or Existing Service Entry.
- You can also Snooze the Reminders, add yourself as a Watcher, or Delete them.

New Work Order or Service Entry
If you add to a New Work Order or New Service Entry, a blank form will open with the Service Tasks from the Reminders automatically populated in the Line Items section.

Complete the Work Order or Service Entry form, then tap Save in the top right.

Existing Work Order or Service Entry
If you add to an Existing Work Order or Service Entry, tap Select Work Order or Select Service Entry, then tap on the record in the list.


The Service Tasks from the Service Reminders you selected will populate in the Line Items section.
You can also add additional Service Tasks and make other changes to the Work Order or Service Entry.
When you're finished, tap Save in the top right.
