Depending on your fleet size and the number of reminders you have set for each Vehicle, viewing Service Reminders in one big list can be overwhelming. Instead, Fleetio allows you to track Service Reminders by Vehicle to get a high-level overview of your fleet's preventative maintenance.
Click Reminders in the Sidebar Navigation, then select Service Reminders to load the Service Reminders Index.
Click the Status Tabs (a) to view Vehicles by status, such as at least one Overdue Service Reminder, at least one Due Soon Reminder, etc.
To break down reminders by Vehicle in any list configuration, click the Group drop-down menu (b) and select Vehicle (c).
Under your metrics, each Vehicle is listed in the table, along with key information related to Service Reminders.
Here, you can:
- View the Vehicle's Service Reminder status
- Sort Vehicles by their expected next service date
- View the expected next services due
- Resolve or Snooze Service Reminders in bulk
- Add or remove watchers in bulk
- View a summary of a Vehicle's Service Reminders
NOTE: Fleetio only groups Service Reminders by their schedule. If multiple Service Reminders are present in one row, the next due information shown will be the earliest of all the Service Reminders in that row.
