With the Idelic API integration, Idelic pulls contact and vehicle assignment information from Fleetio to attribute incidents, accidents, and driver penalties to the correct driver and asset. Idelic can also create a centralized risk analysis using information from telematics providers.
The following fields are pulled on a daily basis from Fleetio:

What You Need to Know
In order to match an Idelic asset to a Fleetio asset, the 'Vehicle Name' field in Fleetio and the 'Unit Number' in Idelic must match exactly.

Create an API key in Fleetio
Follow the Fleetio API Keys guide to generate a key and access your account token. -
Contact Idelic Support
Send an email to integration_support@idelic.com. Include the API key and Account Token from Fleetio to set up the integration and connect to Safety Suite.
