Navigate the Shop Directory in Fleetio Go

PERMISSIONS: Maintenance Shop Network is available for all Pro (Legacy), Professional, Advanced (Legacy), and Premium Plan customers.
Account Owners, Administrators, and Regular Users with permission to view vendors can view the Shop Directory. If you have questions about your permissions, contact your Account Owner or Administrator.
New national and independent service/repair shops are joining the Fleetio network every day. The Shop Directory is where you can search and browse shops across the United States, see which shops are in the network, view services, leave reviews, and more.
IMPORTANT: The Shop Directory only displays Service Providers/Shops available in one country per Fleetio account. Shops are paid in their national currency.
The Shop Directory is available in both the Fleetio web app and Fleetio Go.
To visit the Shop Directory in Fleetio Go, tap Browse or Shops in the Navigation Bar.

Search for Shops
Search for shops using the map, search box, or filters.
- Pinch to zoom the map to a specific area and tap Search This Area (a) to see shops that are nearby.
- Tap the Search Box (b) to search for a shop by name.
- Tap Filters (c) to filter the results by Top Rated, National Provider, Network Status, or Shop Features.
Shop Status and Verification
Shops are divided into three main categories: Verified, Unverified, and Unavailable.
Verified - Verified shops are shown as green map markers with a checkmark. These shops are already part of the Fleetio network and can immediately process service transactions.
Unverified - These shops are shown as map markers with a dot. These shops are already Auto Integrate users, but have not signed a Fleetio shop agreement. Shops can complete the registration process by visiting fleetio.com/vendors.
Unavailable - Shown as map markers with an "X" mark. These shops are not currently Auto Integrate Users. If you want to work with an unavailable shop, they can join by visiting fleetio.com/vendors.
View Shop Details and Features
Tap on a map marker or a shop on the directory list to open the Shop Details.
Shop Details include information such as the shop's hours of operation, address, phone number, and features. The details provided, such as shop features, will vary depending on the shop and the information Fleetio has been given.
- Tap the Call button (a) to call the shop, or tap Directions (b) to get directions to the shop.
- The Network Status (c) banner will indicate a shop's ability to process a Fleetio transaction.
- Tap Step-by-Step Instructions (d) to view instructions for using Fleetio at shops.
- Scroll down for Address and Phone Number information (e), and whether the shop is marked as a Preferred Shop (f).
TIP: Account Owners and Administrators can mark specific shops as preferred or filter to only show Preferred Shops. Preferred shops appear first in the Shop Directory and should be prioritized by drivers.

Ratings and Reviews (g) will show ratings for the shop given by other Users, and you can also leave your own review by tapping Write a Review.
Shop Features
Shop Features are divided by Services, Vehicle Type, and Amenities. If a shop has any registered features, they will show up in this section. You can also search for shops by feature in the directory.
- Services - Certifications, Collision, Inspections, Transmissions, Car Wash, Tires, Brakes, etc.
- Vehicle Types - Truck Class, Heavy Duty, Medium Duty, Light Duty, Diesel
- Amenities - Towing, Mobile, Pickup, and Appointments
- Associated Dealerships
Report a Problem
Every shop in the Shop Directory in Fleetio Go contains a Report a Problem button on its profile. You can use this if you notice inaccurate information or have an undesirable experience with a shop in Fleetio's network. Your feedback will be passed to the Fleetio Support team, who will investigate it.
