The Repair Progress Tracker provides real-time notifications for drivers, keeping them informed throughout a Maintenance Shop Network service via the Fleetio Go Mobile App.

Notifications about the status of a Repair Order in Fleetio Go are sent to the Assigned Operator and Watchers of the vehicle. Users receive updates on the following five Repair Order Statuses on their Fleetio Go Home Screen:

  • Needs approval: Waiting for approval from your company's designated approvers in Auto Integrate User Management.
  • Awaiting shop: Waiting on the shop to make any requested changes to the repair order and resubmit for approval.
  • Repair in progress: Approval was received and service has started.
  • Repair done, no payment needed: Shop has completed the service.

Watchers can choose to stop watching a vehicle if they do not want to receive repair order status updates by tapping the More Actions button and selecting Unwatch Vehicle.

To further assist drivers during the Repair Order process, it's recommended an Owner or Admin set up Driver Support Contact Information. If you are new to Maintenance Shop Network, this is completed during the initial Maintenance Billing Account Setup Process. Existing customers can set this up or make changes within Shop Payments under the Driver Support tab. Information entered here is visible to drivers in the Fleetio Go mobile app within the Shop Instructions tile.
