Users' current Fleetio Go app version can be found as a column on the Contacts Index.
PERMISSIONS: Account Owners and Administrators have full access to manage Contacts. Regular Users must be granted access via Role to View Contacts.
To add this column to your Contact index view:
- Click Contacts in the Sidebar Navigation
- Click the Index Settings button and select Manage Columns
- Under Available Columns, click the checkbox for Current Mobile Device Go App Version

Current Mobile Device Go App Version will appear under Visible Columns on the right
- You can click and drag it here to reorder your columns
- Click Apply Changes
The Current Mobile Device Go App Version column will now appear in your Contacts index.
Using search and filters you can find a specific user and see their current Fleetio Go app version in this column.
The app version will also be flagged as either Latest Version or Update Required if the user is on an out-of-date version of Fleetio Go.
