In the event that you experience technical difficulty with any aspect of the Fleetio Go mobile app, we recommend that you first check your currently installed version and update to the latest release if necessary. New versions of Fleetio Go are released on a weekly basis, with some exceptions.
Check Current Version
Tap your profile picture to open your Settings. The current installed app version is at the bottom of the Settings menu under Log Out.

Update the Fleetio App
Once you have verified your current version, check the appropriate app source for your device type to ensure you are on the latest release.
