IMPORTANT: The Fleet Advisor Hub is currently in closed beta and only available to select Partners.
This article will guide you through adding Advisors to the Fleet Advisor Hub. Advisors are your Fleet Advisor Hub users.
Adding a Fleet Advisor Hub Advisor
IMPORTANT: These steps are for adding a user from your organization as a Fleet Advisor Hub Advisor. To add a user to a customer account, you need to log into the account as the Account Owner. See Impersonating an Account Owner for more information.
To add a new Fleet Advisor Hub Advisor:
- Click Advisors in the sidebar navigation
- Click the + Add Advisor button in the top right
- Complete the New Advisor form with the required information:
Basic Details
Enter the user's First Name, Last Name, and Email.
- These fields are all required.
(optional) Choose a Photo for the user.
- Click Pick File to choose a file on your computer, or drag and drop a file.
Advisor Type and Permissions
Choose Advisor Type and Permissions.
Advisors in the Fleet Advisor Hub can be one of two types: Regular Advisors or Administrators.
Regular Advisors
Regular Advisors can be assigned an Advisor Role depending on their role within your organization.
Click the Advisor Role drop-down menu to select the appropriate role:

Fleet Agents have the following permissions:
- View a list of all customers and their account details
- Manage customer accounts that have been assigned to them by an Administrator

Sales Reps have the following permissions:
- View a list of all customers and their account details
- View, manage, create, and/or delete Demo Accounts
- Access to read-only account impersonation
Administrators
Administrators have full access to all account settings and can view, edit, and delete all records. Administrators can also:
- View the list of all customer accounts and their account details
- Create and manage customer accounts
- Assign Fleet Agents to Customer Accounts
- Add and manage Data Destinations connections
- Manage Organization Settings and Security
- Customize password requirements and timeout settings
- Manage Partner Advisors and their roles
Invite Advisor
After selecting the Advisor Type, you need to choose how to invite the Advisor to the Fleet Advisor Hub. You can Send an email invitation or manually set a password for them.
Send email invitation
The Advisor will be sent an email with a link to create their own password. You can also include a message to be sent with the email invitation.
Set password manually
Create a password for the Advisor and send it to them directly. Click Generate Secure Password (recommended) to automatically generate a secure password that meets the password requirements.
You will need to share this password with the new Advisor.
Once you've completed the New Advisor Form, click the Save Advisor button.
