Fleet Advisor Hub - Impersonating an Account Owner

IMPORTANT: The Fleet Advisor Hub is currently in closed beta and only available to select Partners
 

At times, it may be necessary to log into a customer's account as the Account Owner to make changes at the account level, such as adding Users and managing account settings.

PERMISSIONS: Only advisors with the following permissions can Impersonate Account Owners:

  • Administrators
  • Fleet Agents or Sales Reps with Accounts Impersonations View permission (to view Accounts as the Account Owner)
  • Fleet Agents or Sales Reps with Accounts Impersonations Manage permission (to make changes to Accounts as the Account Owner)

 To impersonate a Customer Account:

  1. Click Accounts in the Sidebar Navigation

  1. Use search or filters to locate the account
  2. Click the Impersonate Account Owner button

TIP: You can also find the Impersonate Account Owner button on the Account Details page after clicking on an account in the Accounts Index.

 
  1. You are now signed into the customer account as the Account Owner.

You'll see a banner at the top of your browser window indicating that you are currently logged in as a Partner Admin User.

When you've finished your work in the account, click the Log Out and Go Back button in the banner to return to the Fleet Advisor Hub.
