PERMISSIONS: Only Fleet Advisor Hub Administrators can manage Organization Settings.
To manage your Organization settings and information, click your Profile Menu in the top right, then select Organization Settings.
General Settings
General Settings are the basic settings for your organization, where you can change the Organization Owner, Name, and Address information.
Organization Owner
The Organization Owner is the top-level administrator for your organization.
To change the Organization Owner, click the Change Owner button, select a new Owner from the drop-down menu, and click Update Owner.
NOTE: The new Organization Owner must be an existing Fleet Advisor Hub Administrator with a valid, confirmed email address.
General
In the General section, you can manage the following information:
- (required) Organization Name (a) - The name of your Organization as it should appear in the Fleet Advisor Hub

Logo - Your Organization's logo
- Click Delete Logo (b) to remove it
- To upload a new logo, click Pick File (c) or drag and drop a PNG, GIF, JPG, or TIFF file into the window
- Billing Address (d) - Your Organization's Street Address, City, State, Postal Code, and Country
- Phone Number (e) - The contact phone number for your Organization
After making any changes on this page, click the Save button in the bottom right.
Security
Click Security in the Settings Sidebar to manage your organization's password requirements and session timeout settings.
Password Requirements
Here, you can customize the security level of the passwords your Fleet Advisor Hub users create for their login.
- Minimum Length - The minimum number of characters allowed for a password. Choose from 8, 15, 30, or 50.
- Expiration Interval - How long until a user's password expires. Choose from 30, 60, or 90 days
- Require at least one - Choose requirements for numeric or special characters. An uppercase and lowercase character are always required
- Maximum Invalid Login Attempts - The maximum number of login attempts before a user is locked out of their account. Choose 5 or 10
- Lockout Effective Period - How long a user will be locked out of their account after hitting the Maximum Invalid Login Attempts. Choose from 5, 10, or 30 minutes
- Reset All Passwords - Click to reset passwords for ALL users in your organization. All current users will be required to change their password the next time they log in
Session Timeout
Session Timeout controls how long a user can be inactive before being automatically signed out of the Fleet Advisor Hub. Choose from:
- Never
- 15 minutes
- 30 minutes
- 1 hour
- 12 hours
- 24 hours
After making any changes on this page, click the Save button in the bottom right.
Labels
Labels help you categorize your Accounts based on any criteria you choose.
PERMISSIONS: In addition to Account Owners and Administrators, Fleet Agents and Sales Reps with the Manage Labels permission can manage Labels.
Click Labels in the Settings sidebar to manage your labels.
To add a new Label:
- Click the + Add Label button
- Add a Label Name and select a Color
- Click the Save button
You can manage your existing Labels in Settings.
Click the More Actions Button for a Label to Edit its name and color or Delete it.
Roles
In the Roles section, you can manage the permission settings that are applied to the Fleet Agent and Sales Rep roles to determine which actions your advisors can take in the Fleet Advisor Hub.
