BeyondTrucks Integration

BeyondTrucks helps to streamline trucking companies' operations. This is an API integration between BeyondTrucks and Fleetio.

What You Need to Know

The following fields are pulled from Fleetio to update information in BeyondTrucks:

• Vehicle List (Fuel Type, Group, Vehicle Status, Name, Ownership, Vehicle Status, Vehicle Type, Color, License Plate, Make, Model, Registration Expiration Month, Registration State, Vin, Year, Custom Fields)
• Vehicle Renewal (Vehicle ID, Vehicle Renewal Type, Next Due At)
• Service reminder (Service Task, Service Reminder Status)

Matching is based on the Vehicle Name in Fleetio. These updates occur every 15 minutes.

Integration Setup

1. Create an API Key in Fleetio
   Follow the Fleetio API Keys guide to generate a key and access your account token.
2. Add API Key and token to BeyondTrucks
   After obtaining the API Key and account token, proceed to the Integration section in BeyondTrucks and enter the information into the Fleetio integration interface.
