Within the Maintenance Settings section in Account Settings, users can enable markup fields and set defaults for parts and/or labor markups in Work Orders and Service Entries.
IMPORTANT: Parts and labor markups are only available for customers on the Premium Fleetio Plan.
Enable Markup Fields
- Click on your Account Menu and select Settings.
- In the Settings sidebar, click Maintenance Settings in the Service section.
- Check each box to display markup fields in Work Orders and Service Entries.
- Default markup values may be added by either a (%) Percentage or a ($) Fixed amount of the Parts or Labor subtotal.
NOTE: Default values may still be adjusted on individual Work Orders and Service Entries. If you would like to display markup fields without setting default values, check each box and set the markup value to zero.
Work Order and Service Entry Markups
Once enabled, Parts and Labor Markups can be found in the Cost Summary section of the Work Order or Service Entry. Markup values may be added by either a (%) Percentage or a ($) Fixed amount of the Parts or Labor subtotal.
