When managing multiple Vehicles in Fleetio, it's common to edit the details of multiple Work Orders at once. For example, more than one Work Order may need to be assigned to the same technician. To make this process easy, Fleetio offers the ability to Bulk Update Work Orders.
PERMISSIONS: Account Owners and Administrators have full access to manage Work Orders (see User Management Overview). Regular Users must have the appropriate User Roles & Permissions to Edit existing Work Orders in order to bulk update.
- Click Service in the Sidebar Navigation, then select Work Orders.
- User the checkboxes (a) to select the Work Orders to edit, then click the Actions Drop-down Menu (b) and select Update Work Orders.

- In the pop-up, use the Field and Value drop-down menus to select which fields to update with which values. To learn more about these fields and values, see Add Work Orders.
NOTE: Completed Work Orders can ONLY receive updates to the Status and Repair Priority Class fields.

- Click the Continue to Review button to review your changes.
- Click the Update Work Orders button.
NOTE: You may need to refresh your browser window after the process completes to see the changes. If an error occurs, it will be available in a CSV file in the Notification Center.
