Maintenance Shop Network Subaccounts allow you to separate Shop Network billing statements to your specified internal entities. First, apply for a Maintenance Billing account with our financial partner, Corporate Billing, A Division of SouthState Bank N.A. ("cbCharge"). Once approved, this will be set as your Primary Account. To gain access to open additional Subaccounts after your Primary Account has been approved, please reach out to our Support team. Feature activation may take 1-2 business days to enable.
IMPORTANT: Maintenance Shop Network is available for all Professional and Premium Plan customers.
Set Up Your Maintenance Shop Network Subaccounts
- Click Add Subaccount in the Account Details tile. This will take you through a secondary application setup process.

- Billing Account Details and Accounting Contact Details will auto-populate from your Primary Account, so make sure to review these fields and make any changes if needed.
- Next, enter your Subaccount Details. Make sure the Name of your Subaccount is unique and different from the Primary Account name or any other Subaccounts. Typically, customers use branch names or locations to differentiate their Subaccounts.
- Add the Estimated Total Maintenance Spend per Month for this Subaccount.
- Select the vehicle Group(s) set up in Fleetio that you want to be billed to this Subaccount.
IMPORTANT: Subaccounts can only be setup with Groups (Parent Groups); additional billing accounts cannot be provided for Subgroups. See Groups and Subgroups for more information.

- Review your application and click Agree & Submit. This information will be sent directly to Corporate Billing for approval. Once approved, they will issue an account number for the new Subaccount.
Notifications and Auto Approvals
Subaccount settings for Repair Order Notifications, Billing Account Notifications, and Auto Approval Limits can be individually configured within each Marketplace section in Account Settings.

Each Marketplace settings page contains a dropdown menu at the top to select an account.
Account selection will default to your Primary Account, so make sure the correct Subaccount is selected as indicated by a checkmark.
