Maintenance Shop Network: Tax Exempt Process

If you are utilizing Maintenance Shop Network and your company is tax-exempt, follow the below process to set up a tax-exempt status in Auto Integrate.

IMPORTANT: Maintenance Shop Network is available for all Professional and Premium Plan customers.

  1. Log in to Auto Integrate.
  2. Click the Administration tab and select Policies.

NOTE: Only users with Administrator permissions in Auto Integrate will have access to this tab.

  1. Under the correct policy, click the bubble under Tax.
  1. Under New Tax Exemption, select the State/Province and add the Exemption Code.

  1. Add an Expiration Date, if applicable.
  2. Click Add.

NOTE: Some national provider point-of-sale systems have difficulty supporting tax exemptions. If you experience issues on your invoices, please reach out to Fleetio Support.
