This article provides an overview of the file requirements and supported values for importing Warranty information.
IMPORTANT: Warranty Management is only available with the Premium Fleetio plan.
NOTE: Instructions for importing data are available in the Data Import Overview article, including step-by-step instructions, training videos, and guidance on preparing your import data file.
Warranty Import Template
When importing Warranties, we recommend using a Warranty Import Template.
- Click Warranties in the Sidebar Navigation to go to the Warranties Index.
- Click the More Actions Button and select Import Warranties.

TIP: You can learn more about the Warranties index in Warranty Management Overview.
- Click Browse Import Templates.

- In the Import Templates pop-up, click Warranty in the left menu.
- Click the Download drop-down for the Warranty template and select Empty Template to import new records or Prefilled Template to update existing records.

A .CSV file will download containing the proper columns to input your data.
NOTE: If you are using a spreadsheet generated from another system, file type and data modifications may be needed to ensure proper format and data mapping.
