The Vehicle Summary Service Reminder Notification in Fleetio allows Users to receive an email notification that contains all Overdue and Due Soon Service Reminders for Vehicles they are watching. One email is sent for each Vehicle on Monday mornings.
To set up this notification:
- Click your Profile Menu and select Notification Settings.
- Make sure the Email toggle at the top of the page is ON. This enables email notifications.
- Click Service Reminders (a) in the Record Types section.
- Make sure the Service Reminder Notifications toggle (b) is ON. This enables notifications for watched Service Reminders.
- Check the Vehicle Summary checkbox (c).
NOTE: If you would like to receive only a weekly Vehicle Summary email for condensed Overdue and Due Soon Service Reminders, ensure the Service Reminder Due Soon and Service Reminder Overdue notifications are disabled so you don't receive duplicate notifications for the same Vehicle.
