Voyomotive Integration

Voyomotive is a connected vehicle service provider that helps fleets improve vehicle uptime and reduce costs by providing telematics data and analytics.

Voyomotice is an API integration and includes the following features:

In addition to the standard integration features, Voyomotive can also push fuel level, oil life, and emission test result data to Fleetio as long as custom vehicle fields are created. Contact support@voyomotive.com with any technical questions.

Fault Custom Fields
Faults brought into Fleetio will include general information, such as the code, name, date, and description. In addition to general fault information, Voyomotive Scan Pro can also bring in:

• ECU name
• Symptom Byte
• MIL status
• Active status
• Freeze Frame data

Create custom fields for any data you would like to be imported.

Issue Creation
An issue will be created in Fleetio when:

• A DTC is detected
• Failsafe battery health detects a greater than 70% chance of battery failure within two to four weeks
• Goodyear Tire Intelligence senses tire pressure loss
• A failed emissions test occurs
• An idling alert is issued
• Oil Life reaches 25% or 10%

What You Need to Know

Voyomotive uses the VIN and the VOYO LTE Controller Serial Number to match vehicles across systems. Make sure the VIN matches exactly in both Fleetio and Voyomotive.

Adding the Integration

1. Create an API key in Fleetio
   Follow the Fleetio API Keys guide to generate a key and access your account token.
2. Contact Voyomotive and request setup
   Send an email to contact@voyomotive.com to request the integration setup. Remember to include your API key and account token.
