What You Need to Know
TruckSpy uses the VIN to map your vehicles to Fleetio. The VINs in TruckSpy must match the VINs in Fleetio for vehicles to be linked.
The TruckSpy portal includes an option to choose either TruckSpy or Fleetio as the master record.
- If Fleetio is the master record, vehicle changes made in Fleetio will sync to TruckSpy
- If TruckSpy is the master record, vehicle changes made in TruckSpy will sync to Fleetio
