PERMISSIONS: Only Account Owners and Administrators with the Manage Integrations permission can manage Integrations. See User Management Overview for more information.
To manage your Telematics Integrations or to edit individual integration settings:
- Click Integrations in the Sidebar Navigation to view the Integrations Directory.
TIP: Learn more about the Integrations Directory in the Integrations Overview article.
- Click My Integrations in the Integrations Directory sidebar.
- Locate the Integration in the list, click the More Actions button, and select Manage Devices.
You'll be sent to the Telematics Devices index with the list filtered by the integration you selected.
TIP: As an alternative, you can go directly to the Telematics Devices index by clicking Vehicles > Telematics Devices in the Sidebar Navigation, then filter by integration.
Let's explore the various options available on this page:
- Sort (a) devices by All, Assigned, Unassigned or Archived
- Search for a specific device (b)
- Filter (c) the list by a number of parameters, including Telematics Device Integration if you have more than one telematics integration
- Multi-select (d) devices using the checkboxes to enable bulk actions where you can Update Device Settings (such as enabling primary meter syncs), Import Vehicles, or Archive
NOTE: For information about Importing Telematics Vehicles using bulk actions, see Telematics Vehicle Import.
- Reference the color indicator bar (e) for any integration issues; red indicates there is an error with the device, and yellow indicates that the device is Unassigned to a Vehicle. NOTE: Fleetio does not receive errors for every integration.
- If there is not a vehicle assigned to the device, you can click the Unassigned link (f) and select the vehicle.
- Click the More Actions button (g) on any individual device to Update Device Settings, View Assignment History, or Archive
- Access the Manage Integrations page or export the list to a CSV through the main More Actions button (h)
- Manage columns in the Telematics Devices index (i)
