Fleetio integrates with Raven Connected for vehicle tracking and driver monitoring.
NOTE: The Raven Fleetio integration is available for Raven Business accounts ONLY. Raven Personal customers wishing to leverage Fleetio may upgrade to a Raven Business account by contacting support@ravenconnected.com.
Raven Connected is an API integration and includes the following features

What You Need to Know
- If Raven is able to get the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) from the vehicle’s CANBus directly, this will serve as the primary key between Raven and Fleetio.
- If Raven is unable to get the VIN directly from the CANBus of the associated vehicle, the Vehicle Name that is used in Fleetio must match exactly (case-sensitive) either:
- the Vehicle Name that is used in the Raven Web application (e.g., “Van-123”) or
- the Raven Serial Number (e.g. “2RVP079200228”).
Integration Setup

Create an API key in Fleetio
Follow the Fleetio API Keys guide to generate a key and access your account token. -
Raven Connected Web App Setup
- Log into your Raven Connected Web App and select Settings. Scroll down to Integrations.
- Below Fleetio, select Add Credentials, paste your Account Token and API Keys in their respective locations, and select Save.
- Configured vehicles with matching VINs, Names, or Raven Serial Numbers in both your Fleetio and Raven Accounts will begin populating GPS Location, DTC, and Odometer values from collected Raven data into your Fleetio dashboard daily.
