Service History in Fleetio Go

Tracking the Service History of your Vehicles in Fleetio is important because many changes occur when saving a Service Entry:

  • Any Linked Issues are updated to Resolved Status
  • The Service Task is logged to Service History for the Vehicle
  • Any Service Reminders are reset according to the Date Completed and Meter Reading on the Service Entry

Fleetio Go allows you to view a Vehicle's service history from your mobile device so you can easily access a Vehicle's service record wherever you are.

View Service History

Tap the Browse tab on the bottom menu, then tap Vehicles.

Select a Vehicle to go to the Vehicle Overview.

Scroll down to the Menu section and tap Service History​​​​​.

A summary of Service History displays the Date, Service Tasks, Odometer readings, and Cost Total for each entry.

Tap any entry to view it. You can also create a new Service Entry by tapping the + on the top right of the app.

When viewing an entry, tap Edit in the top right to make the following changes:

  • Edit the Odometer
  • Select the appropriate Repair Priority Class, if enabled
  • Add Completion Date
  • Option to Set the Start Date
  • Select the Vendor
  • Add a Reference, such as an invoice number, transaction ID, or receipt number.
  • Add any appropriate Labels
  • Select any Issues that were resolved as part of the service
  • Add a Service Task
  • Edit Labor, Parts, Discount, and Tax amounts
  • View the Total amount
  • Add any General Notes
  • Update Custom Fields
  • Add attachments such as photos, documents, or comments
