Fleet Agents, or Fleet Advisor Hub users who are not Administrators, must be assigned to Customer Accounts to see account data when they log into the Fleet Advisor Hub.
Fleet Agents can be assigned when you Add a New Customer Account, but you can also assign them to existing accounts individually or assign them to multiple accounts at once.
Assign Fleet Agents to Individual Accounts
To assign a single Fleet Agent to an Account:
- Click Accounts in the sidebar navigation
- Use search or filters to locate the account and click on it to view its Account Details
- In the Details tile, click the Manage Fleet Agents button.
- Use the Fleet Agents drop-down to search for and assign Fleet Agents to the account.
- You can add multiple agents by clicking their names in the list.
- When you're finished, click the Save button.
The Fleet Agents assigned will now be able to access that Account in the Fleet Advisor Hub.
Bulk Assign Fleet Agents to Multiple Accounts
To assign Fleet Agents to multiple Accounts at once:
- Click Accounts in the sidebar navigation
- Use the checkboxes to select the appropriate Accounts
- Click the Actions menu and select Assign Fleet Agents
- Use the Fleet Agent field to select the Fleet Agent(s) to assign to the selected Accounts.
- When you're finished, click the Save button.
The Fleet Agents assigned will now be able to access the selected Accounts in the Fleet Advisor Hub.
