Sometimes you may need to void meter entries from the Meter History in Fleetio due to entries being incorrectly input by an operator, causing the entries to be higher than normal. Let's walk through several filters you can add to the Meter History page to quickly find and Void Meter Entries.
- Click Vehicles in the Sidebar Navigation, then select Meter History.
- Click the Filters button and select the below parameters, ensuring that you click Add Filter for each new filter component.
- Meter Date - Select "is on or before" and select today's date
- Meter Type - Select Primary Meter as the type
- Void Status - Select Not Voided
- Meter Value - Select "is greater than" and enter the correct meter number
- Click Apply.
This will allow you to view multiple entries fitting these parameters in one view where you can easily void individual or multiple entries.
