Table of Contents
There are many index pages in Fleetio that display different data, but have the same basic layout for how to sort, filter and organize your data on an index page.
Menu and Tabs
On any index page, you will see a similar layout of menus, tabs, and buttons at the top of the corresponding list. In these examples, we will display screenshots from the Issues Index; however, you may apply the same concept to any other index page in Fleetio.
- The name of the index you are viewing (a)
- A More Actions button where you click to view additional actions specific to the index you are viewing (b)
- An Add button to add a new asset or item to the index (c)
- Tabs to view results in various stages (d)
- In place of Tabs, some indexes include Saved Views. See Saved Views to learn more.

- Use the Search box on the left of an index page to search for a specific item or asset (e)
- Select any of the filter options to narrow results on the index page, or click the Filters button to add/remove filters (f)
- Use the right and left arrows to navigate between pages of results (g)
- Use the Group drop-down (h) to view the results grouped by Priority, Asset, or Asset Group
- Click the Settings icon (i) to Manage Columns or change the number of results appearing on the list view

Bulk Actions, Sort, and Expanded Information
- To multi-select rows, click the checkbox in the header (j)
- Then, select the Actions dropdown (k) to initiate a bulk action for all selected rows
- Click a specific header (l) to sort the list
- If you would like to multi-sort the columns, first select the first column you would like to sort by. Then, while holding down the Shift button, select the additional column you would like to sort by to have the list sorted correctly by multiple columns.
- Hover over any item in the list that is underlined (m) to view expanded information, or click the row to view more information
