View & Edit Vehicle Assignments

You can use Fleetio to track the Assignment History for your Vehicles. You can view the Assignment History on the Vehicle Details Page or use the Vehicle Assignments Scheduler.

On the Vehicle Details Page, click the Assignment History tab. Each Assignment is listed in reverse chronological order.

Any Future Assignments are flagged in yellow (a), Current Assignments are flagged in green (b), and any currently assigned Operator is indicated in the header (c).

Edit an Assignment

You can Edit a Vehicle Assignment to change the Date/Time, Meter Entries, Custom Fields, or Comments.

1. Click the More Actions Button at the end of a Vehicle Assignment row, and click Edit.

2. Make the necessary changes in the Edit Vehicle Assignment pop-up.
   • You can change the Operator (a), Start or End Date/Time (b), Custom Fields (c), or Comments (d).

3. When you're finished, click the Save Assignment button.
