Integration Links allow you to create links to external websites. These links are displayed on the Vehicle Details Page or Contact Details Page for easy navigation to third-party systems and sites.
IMPORTANT: Integration Links are only available with the Professional and Premium Fleetio plans.
PERMISSIONS: Only Account Owners and Administrators with the Manage Integration Links permission can manage Integration Links. See User Management Overview for more information.
Manage Integration Links
To add a new Integration Link or manage your existing Links:
- Go to your Account Menu and select Settings.
- In the Settings sidebar, click Integration Links in the Integrations section.
- To add a new Link, click the + Add Integration Link button (a).
- For existing Links, the More Actions Button (b) provides options to Disable/Enable, Edit, or Delete.
NOTE: Only Disabled Integration Links can be deleted.
- For a new Integration Link, choose the Record Type (Vehicle or Contact) (a).
- This determines whether the link appears on the Vehicle Details Page or the Contact Details Page.
- Enter a Label (b) to identify the link.
- Check the Enabled checkbox (c) and set the Visibility to All Roles or Select Roles (d).
- Enter the URL for the site you wish to link to (e). You can customize the link with Template Variables (f), which pull information from the corresponding Vehicle or Contact field in the Fleetio database.
- When you're finished, click the Save button.
View Integration Links in Fleetio
Integration Links for Vehicles will appear on the Vehicle Details Page in the Integrations widget:
Integration Links for Contacts will appear on the Contact Details page in the Integrations widget:
