Invite Vendors to The Maintenance Shop Network

Invite service vendors and preferred shops to Fleetio's Maintenance Shop Network from the Vendors Index in your Fleetio Dashboard.

Click Vendors in the Sidebar Navigation to access your Vendors Index. Learn more about the Vendors Index in Vendor Overview. You can invite vendors right from the index by adding Network Status as a Visible Column or from the Vendor Details Overview.

Vendors Index

Easily view each Vendor's current Network Status and send invitations directly from the main Vendors Index page by adding Network Status as a Visible Column.

1. In the Vendors Index, click on View Settings and select Manage Columns.
2. Check the box next to Network Status to add it to the Visible Columns.
3. Click Apply Changes.

4. Click on the following Network Statuses to send an email invitation: Invite, Resend Invitation, Unavailable, or Unverified.
5. Enter the Contact Name and Email Address for the invitation recipient. These fields will auto-populate from Vendor Details, but may be edited if needed.

6. Click Send Invite. Fleetio will send the contact an email with instructions to complete the registration process.

Vendor Details Overview

1. Click on a Vendor to view details.
2. In the Overview tab, click Invite next to Network Status.
3. Follow the instructions above to complete the email invitation.

Invite a Shop Using an Invite Link

If you would prefer to send your own email to the shop, follow the instructions above. Instead of adding a contact name and email to the form, click Copy Invite Link and paste this link into your own email message to the shop. Then, click Cancel on the Invite Shop form. The Shop will then be directed to a web page to complete the registration process.

If you are discussing registration with a shop already, you may also direct them to visit our registration page. Direct the shop to visit fleetio.com/vendors and have them complete the registration process.
