Fleet Advisor Hub - Deactivate an Account

IMPORTANT: The Fleet Advisor Hub is currently in closed beta and only available to select Partners.
 

PERMISSIONS: Only advisors with the following permissions can deactivate accounts:

 

Before you deactivate an account, be aware of the information below:

  • Deactivating an account will not delete any historical data associated with that account. 
    • Data will remain accessible to Fleet Advisor Hub Admins in a read-only state by Impersonating an Account Owner.
    • The deactivated customer will not be able to access historical data.
  • The subscription associated with the account will be canceled, and the customer account owner will be informed via email that the account has been deactivated. 
    • If the customer attempts to log in to a deactivated account, they will see a message indicating their account is deactivated, and they will be unable to access the Fleetio system.
  • Once an account has been deactivated, it cannot be reactivated in the Fleet Advisor Hub. Fleetio Customer Support must be contacted to reactivate.

To deactivate an account:

  1. Click Accounts in the Sidebar Navigation

  1. Locate the account in the index and click on it to view its Account Details
  2. Click the More Actions button and select Deactivate Account

  1. In the pop-up, click the Deactivate button

The account will now show an Inactive status, and a banner will appear on the Account Details page indicating that account information is available only as read-only.
