Fleetio users may receive emails from a variety of Fleetio email addresses. If you are having issues receiving emails from Fleetio, please check your email's Spam folder to ensure messages are not being diverted.
If issues continue, we recommend checking with your IT team to ensure they are not blocking emails with the @fleetio.com domain name.
The specific email addresses are as follows:
- notifications@fleetio.com - used for sending service reminders and other automated email notifications (e.g. "watched" vehicles), as well as emails related to user invitations, user confirmations, and resetting passwords
- help@fleetio.com - used for inbound and outbound support inquiries, as well as Fleetio trial activation
- hello@fleetio.com - used for inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- billing@fleetio.com - used for monthly statements and other billing-related inquiries
- api@fleetio.com - used for inbound and outbound API support inquiries
- success@fleetio.com - used for general inquiries for our Customer Success team including training requests
- feedback@fleetio.com - used for communication regarding user feedback and feature requests
