Share your Custom Dashboards to distribute metrics to other administrators in your organization, or to help lower the learning curve for less data-savvy users by leveraging dashboards created by more experienced users.
NOTE: Only Custom Dashboards that you've created can be shared with other Users.
IMPORTANT: Advanced Analytics is only available with the Fleetio Premium plan.
PERMISSIONS: Only Account Owners and Administrators can access Advanced Analytics. See User Management Overview for more information.
To access Advanced Analytics, click Reports in the Sidebar Navigation and select Advanced Analytics.
Share a Custom Dashboard
You can share a Custom Dashboard at any time, even if it’s a brand-new dashboard with no content added yet.
To share a Custom Dashboard:
- Select the dashboard to share under My Dashboards in the sidebar, then click the Share Icon
- In the Share window, make the following selections:
- Type a User or Group into the search bar and click to select them
- (optional) Select Send notification to send a notification to the selected Users/Groups
- (optional) Select Add message when sending a notification to send a custom message, then enter your message text
- Select if the User or Group Can View or Can Edit the dashboard
- Can View - The user can only view the dashboard
- Can Edit - The user can make changes to the dashboard
- Select Make this Dashboard discoverable to share the dashboard with all Users in your organization who have access to Advanced Analytics
- When you're ready to share, click the Share button.
The Users and/or Groups you selected will now see your Custom Dashboard under Shared Dashboards in the Advanced Analytics sidebar. (see below)
View Dashboards Shared with You
Advanced Analytics Dashboards shared with you can be found in the Advanced Analytics sidebar under Shared Dashboards.
