GDPR Commitment

The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive data protection law that governs the processing and monitoring of EU data.

Fleetio is fully compliant with GDPR in its effort to protect EU residents from privacy and data breaches. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service also reflect this commitment.

Data Processing Agreement

Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for your review. It is not necessary for you to sign in order to be protected, as this content is incorporated into Fleetio’s Terms of Service as of May 25, 2018. By using Fleetio, you are accepting the language of the DPA. If you do need a signed copy, we have one available.

Privacy Shield

Privacy Shield is a framework between the European Commission and the U.S. Department of Commerce that provides a legal method of transferring personal data. Fleetio is self-certified under the E.U.-U.S. Privacy Shield.

Data Export

Fleetio provides easy access for you to export your account data.

Right to Erasure

As a Fleetio customer, you have the right to delete your data, request we delete your data, or unsubscribe from any type of communication from us at any time. Simply handle it on your own in your account or email, or send a request to help@fleetio.com.

In order to provide the best possible user experience, Fleetio relies on third-party systems, tools, and components. We verify the GDPR plans and processes for all of our third-party relationships.
